Training
Pastoring a congregation or leading a Faith-based ministry are a Joy. We also know the challenges that come with the call and encourage anyone who desires leadership training to participate in our virtual GNCM Workshops.
Coaching
After training, you’ll have an GNCM Mentor that will help you continue the process, answer any ongoing questions and ensure that you always have someone walking alongside you.

Faith & Christian Business Leaders, you are invited to join our Executive Vision Trip once a year in Orlando Florida to gather for a 2 1/2 day Ecumenical Council. On these days we fellowship, pray, strategize and help you grow as a leader.
