Who We Are

Rt. Rev. Dr. Eduardo “Eddie” Rivero is the Presiding Bishop and President of the Global Network of Churches and Ministries, an international network of churches, ministers, and chaplains based in the USA.

He is an Assemblies of God ordained minister since 1993. He recently retired from the Miami-Dade Police Department after 20 years of distinguished service (2001-2021) as a Law Enforcement Chaplain. He continues actively in chaplaincy ministry by providing chaplaincy training and establishing chaplaincy programs in government and ecclesiastical organizations.

After 35 years of ministry as a senior pastor and having planted five churches in the South Florida area, Dr. Rivero began focusing on leadership coaching and training church and business leaders. His work has extended to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Antigua, Aruba, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Spain, Bolivia, Honduras, and the Bahamas.

In 2018, Dr. Rivero was appointed in Banes, Cuba as a bishop in the Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai (Mount Sinai Holy Church of Cuba). The Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai church in Cuba has historical ties with the Mount Sinai Holy Church of America, a historic African-American Pentecostal holiness church established in 1924 by Bishop Ada Robinson in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presently, the Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai has 17 churches and several missions throughout Cuba.

Bishop Rivero is actively involved in church planter training, church revitalization, leadership development, evangelism & discipleship training, and short-term mission trips.

On July 2024, in Washington DC, Dr. Rivero was consecrated a bishop in the Global United Fellowship founded by Bishop Neil C. Ellis and presently led by Presiding Bishop Joel R. Peebles, Sr.

Bishop Rivero holds a bachelor’s degree in theology, a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership, and a doctorate in Religious Education. Our Vision

We are a network of churches, parachurch ministries, clergy, and chaplains impassioned to live out the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40), driven to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20), doing it with Great Compassion (Luke 10:25-37).

This unity blends the major streams of the Christian faith: Evangelical, Pentecostal, and Sacramental. This is know as Convergence.  We seek to understand the ancient faith practiced by the first-century church.

Here at GNCM, every pastor’s church is sovereign. We are here to come alongside and empower ministers with resources, mentorship, and training.
We are even stronger, and more effective when we work together rather than trying to do things by ourselves.

Visionary

I help elite-leaders and organizations IGNITE a spark within them to INSPIRE their leaders and teams to ACHIEVE their goals and take it to the next level. I do this through a values-based focus on team development, leadership development, executive coaching group coaching programs, keynote speaking, and culture building.  A true leader sees further and goes farther.
