Who We Are
Rt. Rev. Dr. Eduardo “Eddie” Rivero is the Presiding Bishop and President of the Global Network of Churches and Ministries, an international network of churches, ministers, and chaplains based in the USA.
In 1987, he was ordained into the gospel ministry. Since that time, he has faithfully served the Lord and His Church as a Senior Pastor, Youth Pastor, Minister of Music, Chaplain, and Church Planter. He recently retired from the Miami-Dade Police Department after 20 years of distinguished service (2001-2021) as a Law Enforcement Chaplain. He continues actively in chaplaincy ministry by providing chaplaincy training and establishing chaplaincy programs in government and ecclesiastical organizations.
After 35 years of ministry as a senior pastor and having planted five churches in the South Florida area, Dr. Rivero began focusing on leadership coaching and training faith and business leaders. His work has extended to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Antigua, Aruba, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Spain, Bolivia, Honduras, and the Bahamas.
In 2018, Dr. Rivero was appointed in Banes, Cuba as a bishop in the Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai (Mount Sinai Holy Church of Cuba). The Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai church in Cuba has historical ties with the Mount Sinai Holy Church of America, a historic African-American Pentecostal holiness church established in 1924 by Bishop Ada Robinson in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presently, the Santa Iglesia Monte Sinai has 17 churches and several missions throughout Cuba.
Bishop Rivero is actively involved in church planter training, church revitalization, leadership development, evangelism, discipleship training, and short-term mission trips.

Our Vision
We are a network of churches, para-church ministries, clergy, and chaplains impassioned to live out the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40), driven to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20), and doing it with Great Compassion (Luke 10:25-37).
Here at GNCM, every pastor’s church is sovereign. We are here to come alongside and empower ministers with resources, mentorship, and training.
We are even stronger, and more effective when we work together rather than trying to do things by ourselves.
Visionary
I help elite-leaders and organizations IGNITE a spark within themselves to INSPIRE their leaders and teams to ACHIEVE their goals and take it to the next level. I do this through a values-based focus on team development, leadership development, executive coaching group coaching programs, keynote speaking, and culture building. A true leader sees further and goes farther.
